Hello my name is James.

Talking about me is actually my least favourite subject and something I rarely do, but here goes… 

I’m a middle-aged man.  Will that do?  No?  I live in England. 

Ok why am I here and what’s this website thing about?  I’m mainly going to be writing about issues on mental health.  Is the topic of mental health my passion?  No.  Do I have any qualifications related to mental health?  No.
